Although the guide in there would allow anyone with time or experience to achieve the unlock, Zibri from iPhone-Elite has created ZiPhone to handle the bulk of the work for you. Using ZiPhone means that you don’t even have to downgrade to 1.1.1 firmware for this to work anymore. But it doesn’t stop at unlocking. ZiPhone can actually Jailbreak your iPhone along with the ability to repair your baseband for you as well. Zibri has made the program available for both OS X and Windows users so anyone can take advantage of this on your brand new 16gb iPhone. With the SDK launching this month, the cat and mouse game may actually slow down long enough for people to enjoy their jailbroken or unlocked iPhones without having to sacrifice new features
