MobileMe is the new internet service launched by Apple. It is designed specially for pushing email, contacts and calendars to native applications on iPhone™, iPod® touch, Macs and PCs.

Certain features of its internet services are:

  • Ad-free web applications
  • Gallery for viewing and sharing photos
  • iDisk for storing and exchanging documents online
  • Download print quality images
  • 20GB of online storage

In order to use it in an iPhone or iPod,you will require iPhone 2.0 software and iTunes® 7.7 or later. While for a PC, Windows Vista or Windows XP Home or Professional (SP2), and Microsoft Outlook 2003 will be required. For a family pack of the MobileMe price will be $149 (US) and for individuals $99 (US) on per year basis.
