Apple iPhone 3G in US

As per the announcement made by AT&T and Apple reveals iPhone™ 3G has hit the US stores from July 11 onwards. This innovative iPhone is two time faster than its first generation. It is even guaranteed by Ralph de la Vega, the president and CEO, AT&T Mobility who says that it is most advanced mobile device ever on the nation’s most advanced high speed network.

The iPhone 3G offers 3G mobile phones download speeds of up to 1.4 Mbps. With its built-in GPS for expanded location based mobile services, and iPhone 2.0 software users can run hundreds of third party applications that are already built with the recently released iPhone SDK.

For the 8GB model of the iPhone 3G the price will be $199 and for the 16GB it will be $299 that can be found in both Apple and AT&T’s retail stores.
